Case Type: General, Ortho, GI, Robotics, OB, Radiology, Endo, Eyes, Plastics, ENT, Neuro, NO Trauma.
Facility: Jupiter Medical Center
No cross credentialing
Credentialing timeline: 120 days
Five 8's or Five 10's Monday thru Friday Plus beeper call- no PRN coverage. Site is looking for FT physician, at least 4 weeks/month. Contact phone number and best time to contact over the next two weeks must be included with the presentation. Not including this information will delay the presentation from being presented.

Active FL license
ACLS, BLS, PALS
Board certification
