Anesthesia Coverage Needs
Five 8's or Five 10's Monday thru Friday Plus beeper call- no PRN coverage. Site is looking for FT physician, at least 4 weeks/month. Contact phone number and best time to contact over the next two weeks must be included with the presentation. Not including this information will delay the presentation from being presented.
Yes - Beeper Call ; Beeper 7p-7a one week a month
Yes - Beeper Call; Beeper 24hr Sat and Sun one weekend a month

Credentialing Requirements - 120 days. No rush available. Credentialing requires a phone interview as the final step for priv's with the hospital CNO CANDIDATES home address MUST NOT BE IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA.

Type of cases: Cases: Gen. Surgery, Ortho, Gi, Robotics, OB, radiology, Endo, Eyes, plastics, ENT, Neuro. No Trauma. Dedicated cardiac team for hearts
Supervision: 80/20
Care Team Model: CRNA - 26, MD - 12
Majority Case Type: General Surgery, Ortho, GI, Robotics
Average Monthly Case: 1150-1200
OB Delivery Avg/Month: 200
Qualifications
Active FL license
Must be Board Certified
ACLS
BLS
PALS
