Anesthesia Coverage Needs: Must be flexible on types of shifts 13s, 12s, 11/9s hybrid, 10s, for minimum of 36 hr/wk

Credentialing timeframe: 90 days

Types of cases: ortho, General, Urology, Neuro/spine. No OB, Healthy Peds, Thoracic, Vascular, Plastics

Qualifications
MUST PROVIDE 2-3 References!
Must have 1 year of experience in a HIGH ACUITY HOSPITAL. MUST HAVE CLEAN FILE.
